Nothing to do with the food, but my daughter had a bad fall from her road bike about a kilometer above the restaurant. We received a very warm welcome while waiting for the fire department to arrive, even though it was right in the middle of service! The staff and manager were incredibly attentive; I really appreciated it and thank you all so much.
It makes me want to come back and enjoy the food this time!

We were three adults who went for dinner without a reservation and were greeted very warmly. The waiter spoke excellent English, and the menu was also available in English. We ordered one set menu with three wines and two menus without wine. You could create your own menu, and everything was explained. The food was of high quality. We also took photos. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Expired Coca-Cola served as an aperitif, but still charged, and without any apology from the waiter! A set menu was offered for Easter Sunday, and this information wasn't provided when we made the reservation. A cheese course was offered at the end of the meal, but it wasn't on the menu we received and was also charged, despite the lack of any mention of an additional cost. It's a shame the waiter made a mistake and served goat cheese instead of the Morbier we ordered!
In short, the communication was disorganized.
As for the food, the starter, based on egg and asparagus, was unfortunately rather uninteresting. The main course, however, was much better, with perfectly cooked lamb. The dessert was quite good, but not exceptional.
The service was adequate, but there was a sense of a lack of confidence and composure.
We stayed for 3 hours and 40 minutes for a full meal. Even though we came on Easter Sunday and had the time, it was a long time!
Overall, a mixed impression.
