A wonderful discovery in Sologne. A family lunch for a birthday was an excellent experience from start to finish. The €52 set menu offered a delightful succession of carefully prepared and generous dishes: a beautiful melon with smoked duck breast, lobster with a delicate jus, and then perfectly cooked amberjack. The service, provided by the owner while her husband worked in the kitchen, was efficient and warm. There were eight of us, and we felt right at home in this lovely dining room. The wine list is intentionally focused on Loire wines, with very reasonable prices and helpful recommendations. The only slight drawback was the texture of the peach dessert mousse, which I found less than perfect. But this is a minor point compared to the overall experience. Refined, delicious, and straightforward cuisine, a charming welcome, and excellent value for money. A place we will gladly return to.

What a wonderful discovery! From appetizer to dessert, it's a culinary escape, with unique flavors, everything homemade and fresh. The chef does an amazing job; you can feel his passion for cooking in every dish. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service is impeccable, and the couple who run it are lovely and very friendly. We will definitely be back. Don't change a thing; everything was perfect. This is a must-visit! As a traveler, and having the opportunity to eat in many restaurants… I highly recommend this place, as it offers a culinary journey through tradition and spices! Don't be afraid, the spices don't burn your palate; they transport it! Having been in the area for a week, I can confirm that this is the best restaurant within a 30km radius. It's very rare that I return to the same place. At lunchtime, for 25 euros including a quarter-liter of wine, you get gourmet cuisine on your plate… and the set menus are a true culinary adventure. From a simple break, you experience a culinary journey… Kudos to this couple who speak so beautifully about their experience and their passion for sharing. I highly recommend this restaurant, this cuisine with its myriad flavors while respecting tradition. How lucky this village is!

A fantastic discovery! We'll definitely be back to eat at this restaurant! The food, the service, everything was superb!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. It's true that the place doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you—go inside! The dishes reveal absolutely delicious new flavors. A very pleasant surprise; I highly recommend it!

From the outside, you wouldn't realize that a good restaurant is hidden inside, but there is a beautiful space with spacious tables and delicious food. A choice of various menus featuring partly local ingredients. Good wine selection and plenty of bread and water. Dogs are welcome.

What a wonderful discovery Beauharnais is! The cuisine is inventive and adventurous, exploring unusual flavors at the crossroads of French and international cuisines. And to top it all off, while it flirts with haute cuisine, the portions are surprisingly generous! I only gave it 4 stars for the ambiance because, having come on a Thursday at lunchtime, there were only two of us in the dining room. But this did allow us to have a very pleasant chat with the Chef 😊 Don't hesitate to stop by!!!

We had a fantastic time at the Auberge du Beauharnais for a stag do, where we wanted to share a good meal together. We found refined, sophisticated cuisine with a great deal of creativity; we all loved it. It had been a long time since I'd been to a restaurant that introduced me to new combinations and flavors. I'll definitely be exploring other options. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere; the dining room, which seats about twenty, allowed for easy conversation. Finally, the attentive service from the chef and his wife, who presented the dishes and ensured everything ran smoothly for the guests, was the icing on the cake. I came to celebrate my mother's birthday and Mother's Day, and it was a culinary journey we won't forget. Exceptional ingredients, bold and perfectly executed combinations—each dish was a delight—and the alcohol-free pairing was a truly wonderful surprise. The couple who run the restaurant are absolutely charming, and the chef himself passionately presents his dishes. Thank you for this wonderful experience! ☺️
