Such a sweet, authentic restaurant in the high Pyrenees mountains, in a small hamlet called Hautacam. We sampled local specialties like duck magret in honey-berry sauce and fresh fillet of trout. The incredible blueberry tart was worth the whole journey! And such a lovely staff as well. If you are going into the mountains near Argeles Gazost, try to visit charming place.
Amazing service, easy to reserve, got the best table, we were allowed to bring our dog inside. The food was spectacular, also the digestive (we got a local recommendation of an Armagnac). Good quality, fresh, well done, amazing menus.

It has everything you need for a great time: delicious (even excellent) food, a friendly atmosphere, and smiling, attentive servers. I highly recommend it.
Keep up the good work; it's becoming increasingly rare to find restaurants of your caliber.
