They accepted a last-minute reservation for dinner at 8:12 PM for 8:30 PM – incredibly kind! The welcome was fantastic, the staff were top-notch, and the owner was delightful.
As for the food, the plates were beautifully presented, decorated with vegetables and flowers. The cuisine was generous and excellent! I recommend it 100%! As always, a mountain inn that doesn't disappoint.

A truly wonderful time at this lovely restaurant, whether on the terrace or in the beautiful air-conditioned dining room. A very warm welcome. The atmosphere is both elegant and unpretentious. As for the food, it was a delight: a superb Bigorre salad that allows you to enjoy the region's delicacies (foie gras, confit gizzards, duck breasts...) or lamb chops with garlic cream sauce; the portions are generous.

Everything was perfect! From the welcome to the service, and of course the food, we had a very pleasant time! A wonderful dinner, a warm atmosphere with a friendly welcome.
We chose lamb sauté, which was not on the menu, and it was delicious. I really liked the goat cheese and honey salad and the tart mytrille that I tried last. We were impressed by the friendly atmosphere in this small town. The view from the terrace was beautiful. I recommend you try it.
