Auberge le Cheval Bla nc sur Brioux-Sur-Boutonne

We discovered this restaurant at lunchtime today and had a great meal; everything was delicious. We were passing through in our campervan and have definitely noted the address for when we're ever in the area again. The price and quality were excellent, for us it was very good.

Great plat du jour. Highly recommended. Thank you 😊

Set menu with unlimited appetizers Choice of 4 main courses Cheese Dessert of your choice Quality homemade food Thank you to this couple of restaurateurs We will return on our next visit to this small town

A good time for a stopover before hitting the road again. The variety of starters immediately whets the appetite.

Excellent value for money. For around fifteen euros, the set menu includes a large buffet of starters, a hot dish, a cheese plate, a dessert, good fresh bread, and wine! And the meal was delicious! And the extra drinks are very inexpensive! It's very affordable. 🙂 I only have two complaints: 1/ The staff isn't particularly friendly. I mean, they're polite and efficient. But you won't get a smile or a conversation. It's the bare minimum. 2/ No air conditioning or ventilation. The heat was really intense, even with the door open. Apart from that, it's fantastic! 🙂🙂🙂

A great find. We appreciated the selection, the quality, and the very affordable price. A pleasant welcome.

been here for years with my family and always really good food and even better service

A fantastic welcome, a superb meal, and all in a warm atmosphere! Thank you Derry and Patrice for our company meal, which was a wonderful experience.

A lovely discovery, an ideal stopover. Beyond the price, the quality of the food and ingredients was excellent. An original buffet, a good selection of desserts... In short, very good.

Very nice roadside restaurant! The food was good and they even accept dogs, I recommend it 😁
