After three years of unsuccessful attempts to book a table on a weekend, my lucky day finally arrived… The restaurant's popularity speaks for itself. The culinary offerings are top-notch, worthy of the 1-Michelin-starred restaurants we've experienced. The dishes are complex, thoughtfully crafted, and beautifully presented. The dining experience is somewhat traditional, with numerous amuse-bouches and petits fours. The courses arrive at a perfect pace. The flavors are exquisite. Special mention goes to the fish and seafood dishes. The chef excels in their preparation and the harmonious blending of flavors. I was slightly less impressed by the soft-boiled egg; its earthy flavor was perhaps a bit too strong for me. The poultry was perfect, both in terms of its cooking and its accompaniment. The desserts are also a great success. You can sense a pastry chef behind the scenes, clearly enjoying creating delightful treats. The chocolate cocktail requires you to savor a little of each layer to achieve a beautiful harmony between the sweetness, the chocolate, and the acidity. One suggestion: the chocolate layer on the ladyfinger biscuit could be a little thinner, and the cake slightly thicker for a better balance, in my opinion. The dishes are served on beautiful tableware that enhances their contents. The presentation is light, airy, and artistic. The wine list features a good selection from local producers. The water also comes from the village spring. The service is friendly, warm, and professional. The dining room has a simple ambiance. The colors are quite neutral. I find it lacks a bit of personality. We dined at a very beautiful marble table. A little chilly in winter, but very stylish in a lovely white with attractive veining. But the most remarkable aspect is the bill. It's certainly the best value for money I've ever experienced at this level of quality in a restaurant. We'll definitely be back, but we'll book several weeks in advance next time 😉. We regret two things, which we hope were simply oversights. One in four people didn't order coffee, and we were only brought three chocolates on a plate, clearly stating that they were for those ordering coffee. This lacked generosity considering the price of the menu... just as it was when we split the bill (€299.50). The owner automatically rounded it up to €300. Why not, but without saying anything, and why not round it up to €299?

Absolutely delicious, very pleasant and welcoming restaurant. The chef is excellent, and the waitstaff is equally attentive. I'll definitely be back. It deserves many stars.

We had a lovely time. A warm welcome, professional service, and explanations of every dish. A restaurant worthy of a Michelin star. An ideal spot to enjoy the view. Finish with a coffee on the terrace on a sunny day. Highly recommended.
