From the moment you arrive, the view is simply stunning. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you're seated, you're immersed in an experience of rare depth. 30 years in the restaurant business, and one of the best restaurants in France I've ever tried. It's easily worthy of a Michelin star, and what's more, the portions are very generous, which is rare at this level. Each dish is incredibly varied; the chef does a masterful job, showcasing local products like toasted rapeseed oil from Montbrison or a masterful take on Fourme cheese, with its variety of textures and intensities. The tuna was incredible, and the foie gras was a perfect reimagining. A wonderful interplay of textures every time. And then there's the reworked olive and tomato combination for dessert—pure Mediterranean madness! Desserts are a bit of a weak point at some restaurants, but here, they were pure marvels. Visually, each dish has its own personality and color, a true work of art with orange evoking the Orient and green representing the Mediterranean—it's magnificent. To top it all off, the pace of the dishes was perfect, the service very courteous, quick, and attentive. The wine list is concise, showcasing local wines beautifully; we thoroughly enjoyed an excellent Saint-Joseph and a surprisingly elegant local Viognier. In short, a unique chef's restaurant where we took our time to savor every bite—go there!

On July 12, 2025, the meal was truly exceptional. The dishes had delicious, unexpected flavors. The staff were pleasant, and kudos to the chefs! I will definitely be back without hesitation and highly recommend it.

The surprising combinations, where each ingredient had its perfect place, delighted our taste buds. We wanted more... Since the menu changes monthly, we made a reservation on our way out to introduce this place to friends.
