A few choices on the menu ... it meant excellent dishes : the meat or the fish prepared as one dreams of the end result : a crispy skin and still jucy flesh! The sides are matching , I.e. they carry and enrich the taste ... which then is brought to its full potential with the sauce.
A well prepared dish needs time and so be patient, the reward is your taste buds dancing on the ceiling! A recommendation for people who are into food!

The daily meals/recommendations on offer are always delicious, but you shouldn't be in a hurry, the waiting time for the food to arrive is very long, but it is freshly prepared.

We went to eat with friends to end a weekend spent in Alsace. We ate like kings! Hearty and just homemade! Warm welcome and the person who took care of us was extremely kind! I recommend 1000%
