A night spent after a hike. A warm welcome. We ate at the restaurant, which was very good. Good experience. Hostel recommended.

We ate there tonight, and it was absolutely delicious! The morbiflette was very generous with excellent ingredients, and for dessert, the apple tart was 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩, the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it! The Chalon team. ✌️

Sébastien and Emmanuelle gave us a superb welcome; we had a wonderful time at the inn, which was conveniently located on our route along the Petite GTJ cycle path. The welcome was simple and warm, the hosts were very welcoming, and the cuisine was traditional. We thoroughly enjoyed the fondue. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with excellent bedding for a restful night before continuing our cycling journey. We will gladly return!

Thanks to Manu and Seb for their hospitality. We stayed one night during our motorcycle trip and enjoyed the owner's fondue. Excellent value for money. We wish them all the best and will definitely return next time we're in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Auberge de la Rivière with Emmanuelle and Sébastien. It was between two hikes, but I would have gladly stayed longer. The welcome was excellent, and so were the meals. I had the best night's sleep of the entire week of hiking. I highly recommend it. Sophie

A perfectly run and, above all, well-maintained establishment. I've rarely seen such clean showers, and after six years of renovations, everything looks brand new. Dinner is served on Mondays with a clever, set menu, even when everything else is closed nearby, without neglecting the presentation. The decor is simple, unpretentious, but pleasant. The staff is efficient and professional. A truly wonderful place in the middle of nowhere, but still on the Jura Escape route! 😀
