We take a step back in time with a visit to the Auberge du Moulin de Juré.
Simple meals, but excellent ingredients, expertly prepared.
Reservations are recommended as it's often full.
A building that has remained unchanged for centuries, it generates its own electricity thanks to the mill, which is also used for sawing wood, pressing apple juice, and more.
An extraordinary experience steeped in rural and Forez traditions.
Simplicity, efficiency, and excellent food. Very friendly staff. I recommend checking it out!
Note to the owner: Even though it's a traditional inn, it would be nice to serve the wine in wine glasses, rather than Duralex ones.
