Excellent value for money. A loyal customer for several years, I highly recommend this charming little inn. The owner has cleverly adapted to the increasingly difficult economic situation. Many delicious dishes for €15! Unbeatable value for money for one of only two traditional restaurants in Maurepas. Pleasant decor and friendly staff. You won't be disappointed.

There are no excuses for this restaurant; the French know how to do it. Nice place with an outdoor terrace. Good food, especially the grilled meats. Friendly, empathetic, and professional staff. Recommended.

There was a large family table, some of whom were watching the football; it was very convivial. I recommend the Village salad, it was very good and generous. I was less impressed by the tarte tatin.

Le Transat

30/09/2026: I'm a regular at this hotel; the staff are lovely and always attentive, from the reception staff to the head chef, and a special mention to Mike in the bar and dining room for his consistently warm welcome. It's always a pleasure to stay at Mercure. Well done to the whole team, who clearly work so well together, and a final thank you for the thoughtful touches in the room.
