This is my second stay at this establishment, and once again, I have absolutely no complaints! The restaurant is fantastic: excellent, high-quality, and varied dishes. The service is impeccable. A huge thank you to Sonia and Steffy for their warm welcome and professionalism. I also want to thank Micke, who was always fantastic, both during my first and second stays: attentive, very friendly, and always there whenever we needed him. The atmosphere and setting are truly delightful. As for the hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would also like to thank the receptionists, all of whom were very kind and attentive. Special mention to Yannick for his availability and kindness, even at a late hour, with a genuine sense of service (he was even willing to share his snack 😄). 🙏 As you can see: a superb setting, top-notch service, and above all, a very personal touch. I highly recommend it! Thank you to the whole team 👏

Impeccable evening service, but disastrous breakfasts. Two stays at this hotel and one unfortunate conclusion: while the evenings are a success, the breakfasts completely ruin the experience. Thursday morning: Upon arriving in the dining room, a rather unpleasant odor hung in the air, which is very uncomfortable to start the day. The buffet was half empty, but it was impossible to ask for anything. The person in charge was either on their phone with an e-cigarette or on the other side watching television, completely ignoring the guests. Sunday morning: Same story, the experience was just as unpleasant. This time, two young men spent their time slumped over the till, with absolutely no regard for service. This is all the more disappointing because the evening service is in a completely different league. The staff there are available, pleasant, and always attentive to guests. A big shout-out and a huge thank you to Mike for his professionalism, and also to Yohan, whom I congratulate on his truly outstanding cooking! In short: a big yes for dinner, but avoid breakfast. Management really needs to rein in the morning staff.
