I stayed here with my husband and 14yr old son to start the TMB. An absolutely charming spot with excellent food, service and was a very quick (and free!) train into Chamonix. We couldn’t have been happier. Breakfast was some of the best we had on the hike. Highly recommend!
Stayed here with my wee son for a little mountain weekend and we had a fantastic experience. Beautiful mountain views, very comfortable room, great restaurant, and incredibly kind staff.
My son unfortunately got sick during the stay, and the team was genuinely caring and even helped us with towels for the drive back to Geneva, which I really appreciated.
I honestly don’t understand the 2-star rating - this place has everything you could want for a mountain stay, especially at this price point. We will definitely come back.
A hidden gem with the best views of Mont Blanc!
We stayed for three nights to ski with a guide, and it was the perfect place to both prepare for the day and retreat to after long hours on the mountain.
The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and genuinely authentic. The new owners and the team go above and beyond to make you feel at home, with a level of friendliness that’s rare to find.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and full of charm, perfectly matching the alpine setting. Waking up to views of Mont Blanc and a killer croissant was a highlight in itself.
The food was another standout — simple, delicious, and clearly made with care using quality ingredients. The breakfast and dinner/bar experience were unexpectedly good for a two-star hotel.
What really sets this place apart is the overall experience: relaxed, personal, and unpretentious, yet thoughtfully run in every detail.
It feels like a true mountain retreat rather than just a hotel.
We’ll definitely be back — and next time for longer!
