Don't hesitate to eat at this inn! Simple but high-quality cuisine and the service is excellent!!

We received a warm welcome, but the service was a bit disorganized (our aperitifs arrived with our main course). We came for lunch. It was good, but not worth the price.

We were just passing through to buy some local cheese; the place was friendly and pretty. Given the rind, we thought we should remove it, but we tasted it anyway and it was very good! The cheese itself is excellent; we really enjoyed it, thank you very much.

Les Fermiers du Mézenc: Local, authentic, and above all, delicious! This is definitely a place worth stopping at! Here, there's no need for frills: local products, simple, generous, and perfectly executed cuisine. You rediscover the taste of good ingredients, with that pleasant feeling of eating something real, without trying to reinvent the wheel. Special mention for the lentils: when such a simple ingredient is perfectly prepared, it shows. Flavorful, just right… 🥄 And then there's the welcome: the person in the dining room is lovely, smiling, and attentive, with a simplicity that makes the meal even more enjoyable. The only small addition one could imagine: soft background music in the dining room to accompany the meal. But really, it's a minor detail! In short, a place we love: local, delicious, expertly prepared, and a warm welcome. Les Fermiers du Mézenc: an address to remember without hesitation! When simplicity is done well, there's no need to add anything more.

The people that work here are working hard. The service is excellent, and the food really up there. Beetroot sorbet with a smoked trout salad?!? So good. And an incredible shop where you can buy most of the produce you have just eaten. I love beer, the blonde pression that I had was top level.

We tried a few products from the small shop on the ground floor. The coppa and ham were excellent. The wheat beer was also very good. There were several choices of chestnut jam and purée, which was nice. The charcuterie was very reasonably priced and tasted fantastic!

Very disappointed!!! We'd wanted to come for a long time because we'd heard good things about it... The cod was definitely not fresh, and the blueberry pie didn't taste like blueberries at all. Even the bread wasn't great... Perhaps it's due to the change of ownership, as I just read... We won't be back.
