The management responded to my unfortunate experience with dignity, so I withdrew my negative review. This restaurant enjoys a good reputation, and this was surely an overreaction from the waiter due to the high volume of customers on Pentecost Sunday!

Restaurant in a magnificent setting with beautiful decor, very good local dishes, only major drawback: the waitress who looks like a toothpick with glasses was very unpleasant during her only appearance!

We came for a family meal on May 1st. We received a very warm welcome! The waitstaff was very responsive when we were seated, ensuring my grandparents were comfortable at the table. The meat was excellent, cooked to perfection. The local dishes and side dishes reminded us of the comforting memories of family meals from our childhood. The desserts were also a great success. Not too big, not too sweet, and above all, homemade! Simple and comforting cuisine, quality local products in a beautiful and welcoming setting—we will gladly return! A wonderful reopening, and I wish the whole team continued success. Thank you for the memories and the candle for my mother's birthday. They were truly attentive to detail from beginning to end. And congratulations to the kitchen!

Excellent, but very slow service due to staff shortages

A very pleasant lunch, a charming welcome, delicious and generous portions of local cuisine, with subtle touches of spice that make all the difference. The lemon tart had an excellent crust, and all the products were from the Mézenc region. The hiker's menu at €25 included a fine selection of beef. Excellent value for money. The inn has a beautiful timber frame, a shop, a candle that delicately perfumes the restrooms, and a grocery store downstairs where you can buy delicious local products. Congratulations on the quality of your products and your establishment.
