Excellent menus. Porcini mushroom sauces in many dishes. Congratulations on the sweetbread, taken and taken and taken again. We had a blast! We will come back, that's for sure.

Auberge sympathique, nous avons mangé en terrasse sous les arbres avec une jolie vue. Service sympathique, le repas était bon, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de menu proposé mais uniquement à la carte. Nous conseillons si vous êtes dans la région !

A pleasant evening with a dinner taken on the terrace, a magnificent view of the valley. A warm and friendly welcome, tasty and generous dishes, a lot of people but we were served quickly. I recommend this establishment, recognized for its quality of services in the region. The new owners are on top and very involved in satisfying their customers. The cuisine lives up to its reputation. Just a pure delight in a magical place in the heart of Ariège. We will come back. It’s safe 😉😋. Happy end of the season to the whole team
