Finally, a restaurant that serves something other than burgers and steak frites! The food, atmosphere, and service are top-notch, with passionate new owners. They proudly feature local ingredients, using products that are rarely seen anymore: bone marrow, kidneys, and sweetbreads. A big thank you for a wonderful experience, and all the best!

We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived, from the initial welcome to the amuse-bouche. The bone marrow starter was perfectly seasoned, as was the snail stew. The beef bourguignon was truly excellent, the gratin dauphinois superb, and the desserts exquisitely delicate. I had the chocolate fondant, and my wife had the tiramisu. Bravo! We could taste all the love you put into your dishes. We will definitely return every time we are in Dijon.
