Auberge logibar sur Larrau

The inn is perfectly located at the start or end of the hike to the high rope bridge. There are plenty of benches, a coffee machine and entertainment from the chickens running around. The whole thing is rustic but nice. We didn't try the food but the time out after the hike was nice.

All we do is buy booze. It's very good because you can eat your picnic at their tables if you have a drink on the premises.

I went there with apprehension given the negative reviews but in the end the family team was welcoming. Certainly it is not the most comfortable refuge on the GR but the price of the night takes this into account.

All adequate, but the big spoiler is no heating at all. We felt cold and damp. No chance of drying any wet clothes

Good location near the Passarelle d"Holzarté. Food is okay. The owner is a bit "special".

Having read the multiple negative reviews, I expected the worst... and ultimately I was pleasantly surprised! If in fact the boss is not there to smile (his wife and son are more open), the room is clean, there is everything you need to eat and/or make food. A small grocery store at the bar to help you out and a half-board option with good value for money. Just for one night for those doing the GR, it does the job perfectly.

This is a rustic, somewhat dark auberge. Owner could be a bit more accommodating. The terrace outside is very nice. Room was very tight for 6 people. The bathroom has been repaired. But for €17 it's value for money.

Scalded by previous reviews but a great experience with a quality meal, very generous breakfast and a satisfactory room for 4.
