The restaurant is just great the welcome is perfect the almost veal is magnificent in fact I loved everything the staff and friendly that's nothing to say I highly recommend it

Good morning. a very good restaurant. we had almost veal accompanied by parsnips... and a chocolate mille-feuille... A big downside to this dessert. It's not a mille-feuille and it's disappointing.. Three superimposed pancakes with, among other things, a scoop of ice cream. Disappointed were we! remember to book

5 stars for the restaurant well deserved. Welcome with a little care. The restaurant and the view are superb. The dishes are delicious, work and mastered Special mention for the langoustine ravioli with perfect cooking. We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish which is rare (often disappointed by the desserts). Even the children's menu is delicious and careful! I don't often leave comments but congratulations to the whole team!

And what's more, the most pleasant service and welcome. We welcome you simply but with great professionalism. We feel that the desire is to please customers, we feel that the work is done with passion and pleasure. A very professional young man who knows wine very well and puts you at ease, a very pleasant young waitress who also listens to both of you. A terrible view and a place next to the fireplace for those who are cold :) THANK YOU 🙏 we find the love of the profession and the professionalism combined with a value for money which lets you say that here we respect the customers! El sitio entre montañas es idílico, la comida está deliciosa, el desayuno super completo, y fueron muy amables con nosotros, indicándonos rutas cercanas espectaculares y el trato muy amable.

Quand vous arrivez à Larrau et que vous posez vos valises chez Etchemaïte, le temps s'arrête, votre temps s'arrête. Les tenanciers, l'hôtel, le restaurant, le service, les prestations ont ce qu'ils méritent : un million d'étoiles.

Venu découvrir la cuisine d'Etchemaïté, qui m'avait été recommandée, je n'ai pas été déçu des 1h30 de voiture pour y arriver. C'est simplement EXCEPTIONNEL. Un personnel gentil, souriant, avec le sens du contact. Et une cuisine à couper le souffle. Des plats succulents et gourmands, de l'amuse-bouche au dessert. Un rapport qualité prix hors du commun.
