Auberge Marbozienne sur Marboz

Discovered by chance one Saturday evening on our way home, we were immediately charmed by the friendliness and authenticity of the owner, who seemed to know half the town. He managed to whip up a gluten-free dish for me, even though he was only serving pizzas that night. The pizzas themselves were excellent, with a thin, crispy crust topped with very generous toppings. A real treat! There's a secret to the dough, by the way, but you'll have to ask to find out ;-) !
