This integration restaurant deserves to be opened, not only for its very good cuisine but also for the wait staff. Certainly unusual, but professional and terribly endearing. An address to discover (remember to book as places are limited).

Restaurant Le Fantin Latour

05/09/2024: My first time at the brasserie Fantin Latour for lunch, it was an exceptional experience with dishes that were tastefully presented. The taste of each new dish was exceptionally curated with local ingredients, picked by the chef himself in the Alps. There was a story about the chef mountain climbing every Monday to collect some herbs, it added to the charm of the place. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere even though we were in the first room near the entrance with lots of people coming in and out. I'll come back for more
