Passing through Neris les Bains. We have lunch, very welcome, very good pizzas for a reasonable price!! Slightly dated restaurant that needs to be refreshed Be careful with the poor toilets!!!
Where to start?
The dishes are plentiful, remember to save room in your stomach.
The pizzas are huge and the dough is thick as I like it. Between €12 and €14 for these delicious pizzas, it's borderline indecent. Well done to the cook.
The burger is amazing. The bread is a kind of puff pastry like for croissants, very good. The steak comes from a butcher. “Real” meat. The fries are ''homemade'' and there are plenty of them.
Quantity and quality are there in this brasserie-restaurant-bar.
The waitress is friendly and did what she could given the number of people there were on this summer vacation. The cook comes to serve at the end of the day to help the waitress and to chat with the guests. (Very appreciated)
The only downside that I can note (for my part) is the role given to the waiter? Given the world that this establishment stirs up, this boy's hands would be (I think) very useful.
Between us, the players in the televised match in Toulouse and Marseille could very well do it alone. (Of course, I am far from having all the elements to allow me to criticize). I just found it astonishing.
Finally, the price. 60€ for four people with drink. Run there, they fully deserve it.
