A wonderful restaurant in the Monts du Lyonnais region, perfect for both weekdays and weekends. Located just outside Brullioles in a beautiful rural setting, this restaurant offers a wide range of dining options. There are lovely rooms for parties and weddings, as well as rooms converted from an old farmhouse. The owners have preserved the rooms in their original condition, making them ideal for those who appreciate vintage charm. There's a single set menu at €35 on weekdays and €45 on weekends. The starters are very generous, featuring local produce, and the main courses are homemade. Try the traditional "trou lyonnais" (a small glass of sorbet served between courses), or the parsley ham. It's simple yet very satisfying, and you'll definitely want seconds. Lyonnais and cream cheeses are served in large containers. There's also homemade dessert. The service is friendly and attentive. You'll leave happy and satisfied after this excellent experience. Reservations are recommended.

The service was exceptional, the welcome incredibly warm, and all our guests enjoyed the meal, from the drinks reception to the wedding cake. We celebrated a wedding anniversary at the Auberge du Pitaval. The farm setting is truly unique and surprisingly charming. The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. A single set menu is offered, both in summer and winter. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm-prepared dishes.
