09/01/2024: But it was so good that we went back the next day to have the same thing! Their brazier-cooked pork chop is a real killer (it's a meat-based dish, eh...). We left with 6 bottles of the wine they had offered us and the chocolate heart with the little ball of mascarpone crème fraîche was so good that I'm salivating just thinking about it (I can have the recipe if he Please?)... Looking at the menus from other weeks, I say to myself that I would buy a small accommodation to spend the summer in Roquebrun with the distance to the Cave Saint-Martin as the first criterion. The service was also very friendly. One server mastered the replicas of OSS 117, Asterix and Obelix - Mission Cleopatra, the Visitors and others particularly well. A delight! 04/11/2023: Si vous recherchez une expérience gastronomique de haut niveau dans un cadre magnifique, ce restaurant au bord de l'Orb est une perle rare. J'ai hâte de pouvoir y retourner pour explorer davantage leur cave à vin ! Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette soirée mémorable. Bravo !
