A magnificent hotel, a warm welcome with a smile, attentive staff, a spacious and tastefully decorated room, the restaurant lives up to the rest, delicious dishes, you feel right at home and all you want to do is come back 🤩

We had a wonderful time with friends celebrating a birthday 🎂 we enjoyed a delicious meal at the gourmet restaurant where we opted for the grand menu at 125 euros and it was a pure delight, no regrets, bravo and thank you to the entire team.

An address not to be missed! We've known this restaurant for over 14 years now. We discovered it as a couple, and have continued to appreciate it and share it with others. We even entrusted Laurent and his charming team with our wedding, which was an unforgettable day. Our children had their first Michelin-starred meal there and love celebrating important life events there (which does mean a 1.5-hour drive for us, but when you love something, you don't mind the distance!). We don't understand the negative reviews and wanted to share our experience. We came for dinner this evening and, as always, there were lovely touches for both children and adults. The service is friendly, helpful, and ensures that all guests have a pleasant evening. Children can enjoy a meat or fish menu accompanied by spaetzle and have the pleasure of tasting the appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, and petits fours just like the adults! (And they love it!). For dessert, they get to choose their ice cream with the pastry chef right behind the scenes in the kitchen! And the choice is difficult! :-) The Alsatian roll is always a hit, and I still adore their fig and hazelnut bread, served warm with their homemade butter—it's divine! For dessert, the soufflé (a must-try! Remember to order it at the beginning of your meal if you're in a hurry, as there's a 20-minute wait!). I also love the vacherin, a classic of the house. Normally, we opt for the set menu, which allows you to sample a wider range of dishes for 95 euros. Here are some photos from over the years! Just one piece of advice: remember to book!

A wonderful culinary experience at this restaurant, which richly deserves its star. The decor was welcoming, the atmosphere calm, and the dishes were beautifully presented, original, and delicious. A team of staff worked in shifts to ensure no waiting. The experience would have been perfect with a few more smiles, although the speed and efficiency of the service were commendable. This won't deter us from returning, and we hope this aspect can be improved.

Wonderful restaurants, from the decor and the quality of the exclusive dishes to the service and dedication of the staff. You can particularly trust the sommeliers, who will provide excellent advice on food and wine pairings. For all these reasons, it's always a true pleasure to visit, despite the high prices, which are justified.

Having never been there before, I took a chance and booked this restaurant for a special birthday. After an hour's drive and an evening at the table, here's my verdict: Excellent! A truly beautiful place, both outside (especially at Christmas time) and inside, where everything is cozy and intimate. The "gourmet stroll" is a bit like a path you follow, eagerly anticipating the next surprising course. We were truly delighted with each dish by the flavors and combinations. The service is discreet yet attentive when needed, and the flow of courses is perfectly paced. We will definitely be returning to Sierentz with great anticipation.
