Very nice setting, super good meal, the boss comes to do a quick tour of the tables at the end of the evening (rare) and... clears things up a bit and the waiter is both smart and very funny!

We had an excellent evening at Chez Guillaume. The restaurant is decorated with care. The waiter is particularly gentle, caring and efficient, moreover, we were served very quickly, despite a full room. The cordon bleu as well as the beef fillet and their accompaniments were just perfect, the same for the desserts, high quality dishes, we really loved it!

05/04/2024: I highly recommend this restaurant whose quality of dishes is simply exceptional, living up to its Michelin star. However, while serving the wine, a slight incident occurred: a piece of cork fell into my glass. While it didn't ruin my experience, I would have appreciated if the staff immediately replaced my glass without having to ask. Otherwise everything is perfect. thanks again
