I highly recommend this restaurant whose quality of dishes is simply exceptional, living up to its Michelin star. However, while serving the wine, a slight incident occurred: a piece of cork fell into my glass. While it didn't ruin my experience, I would have appreciated if the staff immediately replaced my glass without having to ask.

What a pleasant evening!
The colors, the scents, the flavors, everything was top notch!
The waitresses and waiters' ballet is regulated like clockwork, the presentation of the dishes and the good advice for the choice of wines.
We recommend and we will come back to taste other dishes.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The rooms are small but that probably has to do with the age of the (very beautiful) Alsatian house. The proximity to the Swiss border makes it very attractive as a stopover during a longer trip south, for example. The highlight is of course the hotel's own restaurant, which has a Michelin star. We have been to the Auberge twice and would love to come back.
