For me it's the best sweetbreads I've ever eaten, perfect cooking, delicious sauce, a culinary orgasm, bravo to the chef. I give it a score of 30/20. Exceptional, I recommend this restaurant and I'm already thinking about what I'm going to eat when I come back, thank you for this pleasant culinary moment. Well done 👏

Carp fries, frog legs, everything is local. Normal with the ponds around. On our route but worth the detour.
