Auberge Saint Hubert sur Berthen

The service was a bit slow, the waitstaff were young and hardworking but lacked experience. We were asked to keep our cutlery between the starter and the main course, and then it was changed for us later. The terrine was mediocre, and no bread was served with it; we had to ask for it. The lamb shank was overcooked, and the gingerbread underneath was burnt. What a shame.

Delicious all-you-can-eat mussels and fries on July 25th, 26th, and 27th for the village fair, with a great atmosphere and a very warm welcome.

Family meal (80 people). Back room overlooking the garden with tables and parasols. Very good meal. Generous and tasty. Pleasant service.

Having experienced a huge family gathering there, I have nothing to complain about, neither the quality nor the quantities. A great time spent in the heart of Flanders.
