AUBERGE TARTARIN sur Duclair

We had a delightful meal at this little inn in the heart of Duclair, starting with a puff pastry ballotine of snails, followed by calf's head with vinaigrette and cider sauce. We continued with a sirloin steak with Neufchâtel cheese, a very good guinea fowl supreme with chorizo, and finally, a delicious profiterole—a delightful little apple cake with a small bottle of Bénédictine to pour over it, which was quite amusing. The setting is pleasant, nothing more, as is the friendly service. The dishes would benefit from a bit more sauce to complement the excellent homemade fries. But it's a good little restaurant offering honest and enjoyable cuisine.

There was a bit too long a wait between the starter and the main course. My wife ordered trout, but it seems she was served salmon instead. Apart from that, no complaints; the prices were reasonable and the servers were friendly.

A lovely inn in the center of Duclair; We had lunch there as a family. We found the restaurant welcoming and very friendly! The food was plentiful and refined. Thank you!

Nice little resto for our stop over... came quite late at night and they accomodated us. Had a range of fish and meat dishes lall very tasty) and generous kids menu with crudities for starters, all served by a helpful and polite staff. Recommend for a traditional French restaurant!

Great restaurant for a girls' night out, excellent value for money. They cater to allergy-friendly menus. Nothing to complain about.
