A Journey in Five Stops My partner and I visited one evening, and the experience was truly enchanting, enhanced by impeccable, attentive, and perfectly executed service. As for the food, each course delighted our palates. A veritable journey to the four corners of Brittany, discovering iconic products and authentic flavors, showcased with precision and sensitivity. Regarding the tableware, we would have appreciated more variety in the plates to visually complement the different dishes. However, special mention goes to the water carafes, which were both elegant and thoughtfully designed. The dessert brought the meal to a masterful close: the lemon flavor was intense and distinctive—a word of warning to those who enjoy bold flavors: it doesn't hold back. The restaurant's greatest strength undoubtedly lies in its choice of local products, sourced from near Guer and prepared in close collaboration with local producers. This sincere and committed approach fully embodies the spirit of a Michelin star. For our part, we will return with great pleasure.
