It was an absolutely fabulous culinary experience from beginning to end, masterfully orchestrated by the talented chef Baptiste Denieul and his team. An elegant and welcoming setting From the moment you step through the door, you are enveloped in an atmosphere that is at once contemporary, intimate, and profoundly warm. The decor is refined and minimalist, perfectly showcasing the dishes without ever distracting from them. You immediately feel privileged. Top-notch cuisine On the plate, it's a veritable festival of flavors and emotions. The chef elevates the Breton terroir with rare creativity and audacity. Each dish is a visual work of art, where the precision of the cooking rivals the perfect balance of seasonings. The interplay of textures, the surprising combinations (including magnificent surf-and-turf pairings), and the exceptional quality of the local produce all testify to a very high level of expertise.
