Superb hotel in Guer! The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. The breakfast is homemade and is excellent! The only downside of the hotel: no elevator. The gourmet restaurant is excellent, the dishes are sophisticated and very good! The quality of service is worthy of a gourmet restaurant, I can only recommend! :)

We have been in Plelan le Grand for 9 years and we regret not having been in this beautiful house before. We chose the 7 course trip. Each dish is exquisite! Neat ! You can feel the passion and work behind each dish. All the flavors announced are found in the mouth. A travel ?! Yesss!! Breton products to delight your taste buds. From the local. And exotic notes from start to finish. Looking forward to the next tasting...with the Spring menu. Thank you for this beautiful moment. Thank you very much. An (almost) perfect dinner: a journey with 7 stops where we enjoyed ourselves both from a taste and aesthetic point of view. The dishes served to us were all as good as each other and the service was almost impeccable. In three words: fine, beautiful and good! Our only regret: seeing that all the tables around us were offered "the" pancake cake... But nothing happened to us despite the fact that we waited a little before leaving. saying that “maybe” it would finally be offered to us. Unfortunately no one questioned us as to why we were waiting and we were not questioned when paying to find out how our meal went. In summary: an excellent address that serves quality products with very good staff in the dining room... And for the pancake cake, maybe we will come back?

We had dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant of this house. A very pleasant time, the staff very professional. A very beautiful refined and tasty cuisine. Small downside on the heat of certain foods like lobster or beef and I find it a shame that we are not asked to cook the meat. I recommend, a great address if you are in the area. On your forks 🍴

We had a great time, spacious room, clean and well decorated. Heartwarming welcome. We dined at the restaurant, the dishes made from local products proposed by the chef delighted us. Too bad the jacuzzi is a little far from the rooms.

Nous avons passé un superbe moment en dehors du temps à la Maison Tiegezh, à l’occasion de l’annonce d’un heureux événement. Le service était discret, raffiné, efficace, sans être trop guindé. Décoration des lieux élégante, ambiance intimiste, nous aurions difficilement rêvé mieux. Le cocktail de la maison est travaillé, non pas un simple assemblage. Une vraie continuité dans l’art de la table marque une ligne directrice sur l’ensemble de l’expérience gastronomique. Nous avions retenu le menu en 7 temps, nous avons été bluffés du début à la fin. Le Chef travaille avec des produits locaux, circuit court, et tout se ressent dans l’assiette. Les cuissons sont justes, les produits sublimés. L’équipe est jeune et dynamique, petite mention pour la sommelière absolument adorable. Un grand merci à chaque acteur de cette belle soirée sans oublier le Chef. Merci pour cette petite attention portée que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier.
