Absolutely fantastic! We booked a table for four and unanimously agreed we had a superb time in a modern and peaceful setting. The service was provided by staff who were very attentive to our well-being, and the meal was delicious, featuring regional products cooked with finesse. A must-visit gastronomic experience in Guer.

We were at the Bistrot. Simple menu, good but not extraordinary, a bit expensive compared to other places and above all a dining room that seemed cold and unwelcoming.

In a pleasant and comfortable setting, Marion and her team serve us original dishes made with regional products, prepared by her husband, chef Baptiste Denieul, with simplicity but great professionalism. Well done to the entire team at this gourmet restaurant; we will be back.

We only visited the restaurant: a truly heartfelt place celebrating classic and innovative French cuisine. Every detail is carefully considered; upon entering, you're greeted with warmth and empathy. The array of dishes, whether you choose à la carte or a customized menu, as we did, is an unforgettable journey through the flavors of Brittany, albeit sometimes revisited.

Excellent hotel in the center of Guer. Large, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely bathrooms. A small plate of crepes was provided as a welcome gift in the room. Two restaurants, one Michelin-starred and the other a bistro. We ate at the bistro; the lobster casserole and the sweetbread vol-au-vent were excellent and delicious. A very good half-baked Camembert for dessert. Very welcoming service both at the hotel and in the restaurant. Free private parking at the rear. Perfect breakfast with high-quality products. An excellent place to stay.
