It's not bad, but the big problem is when you don't know what's on offer, your turn comes, and you have 5 seconds to choose your sandwich! So, a big suggestion for management: put up a chalkboard outside with the different items (in the queue) so customers can think about what they want! This would also improve the speed of service! That's the main reason I don't come often. Also, the service isn't the most welcoming place...
