We opted for the seven-course menu. A delicious and sometimes unexpected blend of flavors, excellent ingredients were accompanied by delicately prepared fruits and vegetables, as well as subtle emulsions. The fish and pigeon were cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive.

Here is a restaurant that, for once (because I only write reviews if all my guests have been won over by the overall experience), I promised myself I would write about. Everything is perfectly executed. In the dining room, the welcome is professional and the wine recommendations are judicious. The dishes follow one another in a succession of delicious, flavorful, and indulgent dishes, yet all remarkably light. In this small dining room, everything is just right and the result of masterful work, from the amuse-bouches to the desserts. This restaurant near Beaune is not to be missed.

Excellent cuisine, prepared in a complex, contemporary style that demands a great deal of work from the chef. The sommelier and maître d'hôtel have an excellent approach to wine pairing, offering a choice of three wines per course to suit individual preferences. The restaurant likely seats fewer than 20 people at most. Reservations are essential.
