We have been regularly visiting this wonderful little gem of a restaurant in Pommard since Rémi Génote took residence as chef in 2022. It has been a pleasure and delight to see he and his team gain the recognition they so deserve for their exceptional food and service.
I must follow a strict gluten free diet for medical reasons and they have always graciously accommodated this.
We look forward to returning again soon although now we must plan ahead as it more difficult to reserve a table now!

We opted for the seven-course menu. A delicious and sometimes unexpected blend of flavors, excellent ingredients were accompanied by delicately prepared fruits and vegetables, as well as subtle emulsions. The fish and pigeon were cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive.
