Wow. Superb bread from ancient breeds of wheat/other grains. All sourdough and the few that I have tried are beyond exquisite. Lovely people working there. Best bakery for many miles.

Excellent bread made using traditional methods with heritage and organic wheat varieties

A truly original and excellent bakery! Original because the flour is milled on-site. I particularly appreciate the bread made with the ancient "Barbu du Roussillon" wheat, which is especially delicious and keeps well for a week. The shortbread cookies are excellent. The stolen bread for Christmas was delicious. I've been making my own sourdough bread for years, but now I buy it from you. Thank you very much.
