A well-known and reputable restaurant in the region. I'm left with mixed feelings. The setting is pleasant, especially in summer I imagine, with its lovely outdoor area. The dining room is classic, nicely decorated, but a bit noisy. The menu offers a choice between meat and fish. The prices are geared towards fine dining, between €35 and €55 for the set menu, excluding drinks. It's good, refined, and visually appealing, but something is missing to justify the price. The wine list is varied and of good quality. The biggest drawback is the service, or more precisely, the lack of staff. There's only one person to handle service for the entire dining room. As a result, the service suffers. Menus are placed on the table before we even sit down, orders are taken hastily, and service and explanations are rushed. In short, it's the kind of service you find in small restaurants and accept, but not in a fine dining establishment where you have the right to expect meticulous, calm, and attentive service, especially for a bill of €200 for four people. Fine dining isn't just about the food; it's also about the service.

The food is excellent, it's a shame the service isn't up to par. The waitress's harsh, unpleasant, and insistent remarks after a request for bread are somewhat out of place given the excellence of the establishment.

I arrived somewhat by chance, or perhaps guided by Bacchus or some other culinary deity. The welcome, the setting, the service, and then the chef who transforms an endive salad into a work of art, a hake steak with hollandaise sauce on confit and fried potatoes and other condiments (I think), and a gourmet plate to round off the festivities. "He's passionate," the lady told me. My mom was thrilled, and so was I. So if you have €25 in your pocket, this might be the best restaurant in the region. It's top-notch. Excellent restaurant with carefully prepared and exquisitely prepared dishes. Cozy and very pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor terrace must be extremely pleasant in season.

We discovered a cozy place, tasty, balanced cuisine, beautiful dishes both visually and taste-wise, we will come back!
