A sublime place; a must-visit! The cuisine is exceptionally refined: the cooking is as perfect as the presentation, and the chef skillfully uses the full spectrum of spices and flavors without ever overpowering the ingredients. It's exquisite. From the amuse-bouche to the "gourmet infused rum" and the salmon fillet. The staff is delightfully kind and serves you with charming professionalism. The rooms are on par with everything else: perfect. All this in an authentic Manche setting, between the beach and the village of Portbail.

Superb hotel with a beautiful, spacious room 🤩 breathtaking view of the water Generous breakfast Nothing to complain about Quiet. The food is excellent, the staff are pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the whole team 🤩

We went for dinner on February 4th. A very friendly welcome, quality food, and top-notch seafood. Special mention for accepting our dog, who was given his own quiet little space.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very pleasant, tastefully decorated, and run by lovely people. The room was spacious and quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious! An ideal place to relax. Thank you again for this wonderful weekend at your establishment.

29/12/2025: A truly special place! At the bar, the men gather over a beer, the owner keeps a watchful eye on everyone, and greets them with a warm smile. The decor is colorful and vibrant, with great attention to detail. The service is warm and friendly, and our rather limited French was met with helpful English. The food was fantastic! Fresh, delicious, and homemade. Our dog was also welcome. We will definitely be back!
