A true gem in the heart of Brissac, just steps from the castle! We dined last night at 'Aux Deux Terrasses' and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Seated under the lovely pergola, we immediately felt transported to another world. The cuisine is simple, generous, exquisite, and of remarkable quality, wonderfully showcasing fresh, seasonal, local produce. The concept is brilliant: the chef cooks outdoors, right in front of the guests! But what makes this place so unique is the magnificent blend of Arnaud's Anjou roots and his wife Maria's Latin American heritage. With her warm, genuine, and welcoming smile, she transported us for an evening, both through our meals and her charming accent. We also received excellent wine recommendations. The little extra that makes all the difference: the chef taking the time to chat with us at the end of the meal. You don't see this everywhere! Congratulations on the fantastic journey over the past 12 years. Living so close by, we truly appreciate how lucky we are to have such a wonderful place right on our doorstep. We recommend it 100% without hesitation!

Aux 2 Terrasses is a gem of a restaurant. We arrived on a Friday evening as walk-ins and fortunately were able to get a table. Arneau and Maria treated us to a culinary experience; the food and service were excellent as was the "local" atmosphere. Wonderful hosts, memorable food, highly recommended and hope to return!
