A great restaurant with a fantastic team

In the mojitos, the mint leaves were black with no CO2. The potatoes were supposedly baked, but they were boiled. There was a mix-up between two burgers regarding the raw vegetables. The speculoos tiramisu was ordered without any mention of coffee. The service, however, was impeccable.

Wow, what a surprise! 😲 A very nice restaurant with lovely decor, and you can even see the beer kegs they make themselves. As for the food, what can I say? I had sauerkraut, my wife had a flammekueche with goat cheese and honey, our daughter had a hamburger, and her friend had two hamburgers with fried eggs. Everything was absolutely delicious, a real treat. And what can I say about the smiles, kindness, and professionalism of the staff? We're so glad we came and drove 40 km to Cap Saran afterwards.

The concept of pairing a beer with each dish is fantastic! We all ate our fill (some even had too much). The portions are generous and absolutely delicious! The meat is high quality and perfectly cooked! There's a wide variety of choices on the menu to satisfy everyone!

Very disappointed compared to our first visit! The sauerkraut was rather bland, and the beurre blanc sauce was barely there (we were looking for it). My husband ordered salad, but it looked like it had been sitting for ages because he couldn't eat it as it was completely wilted and some of the leaves were cooked! However, the waitresses were very friendly, even the one we spoke to about the salad; she told us it wasn't normal...

Excellent charcuterie platter, beautifully presented and quite generous. The meats were delicious and served with fresh bread. The restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere and the service is pleasant.

We wanted a small beer and a charcuterie board. The beer arrived after 10 minutes, brought by the brunette waitress who was working the area next to the food truck. She just placed the three glasses on the table without saying if the charcuterie board was coming. I called her over three minutes later to ask when it would arrive, and she haughtily replied, "You have to give it time to prepare, it's not done like that," and then she left. So, I asked my husband at that moment, "Three thin slices of bread, two pieces of cheese, pickles, and some bread—it takes 30 minutes to make that?" The concept is, you drink without eating! 🙃 All this only for the charcuterie board to arrive five minutes later, brought to us by the much more pleasant blonde woman with glasses. When it came time to pay, she asked me twice if everything went well, still with a haughty air. I answered her twice, "Yes, I don't have much of a voice, I've caught a bit of a cold." On top of that, she took a piece of paper and fanned herself in front of her face, like she didn't care, she was hot. If this young woman doesn't like what she does, she can stay home; it would spare the customers from having to put up with her moods. It was Friday, August 21st, between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. We were at one of the two round tables on the raised floor next to the exit and the truck, and opposite the restrooms. We come regularly, but I usually ask for our friend, the one who's always funny and friendly, but he wasn't there yesterday. I'm not thanking you or congratulating you. It's a shame because after all these years of coming, once is enough to change our perspective.

I highly recommend it, but there's a lot of waiting. Too much waiting!
