17/08/2026: What can I say… There were nine of us for go-karting on a public holiday during the school holidays, which is to say, a slow period for businesses and activities of this kind. We were refused entry because we had a 14-year-old with us, and he couldn't participate in the adult session despite being 1.80m tall and weighing 80kg. Needless to say, in a children's kart, it's out of the question! I'm curious to see the owners' reaction when they see that during this slow period, we'd rather forgo €360 for 16 minutes of go-karting… The staff were dismissive, slumped in their chairs when we spoke to them. In short, some basic customer service training would definitely be welcome!

15/08/2026: What a huge disappointment to come with your children and not be able to go karting with them, even on a Friday afternoon at opening time when there was nobody there, all because of insurance (according to the person at reception). Yeah well, the other karting tracks in the region don't have this problem so it's not a big deal, I'll go to the competition. It's a shame, the track seemed to be nice since they redid it.

23/08/2026: Excellent charcuterie platter, beautifully presented and quite generous. The meats were delicious and served with fresh bread. The restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere and the service is pleasant.

22/08/2026: We wanted a small beer and a charcuterie board. The beer arrived after 10 minutes, brought by the brunette waitress who was working the area next to the food truck. She just placed the three glasses on the table without saying if the charcuterie board was coming. I called her over three minutes later to ask when it would arrive, and she haughtily replied, "You have to give it time to prepare, it's not done like that," and then she left. So, I asked my husband at that moment, "Three thin slices of bread, two pieces of cheese, pickles, and some bread—it takes 30 minutes to make that?" The concept is, you drink without eating! 🙃 All this only for the charcuterie board to arrive five minutes later, brought to us by the much more pleasant blonde woman with glasses. When it came time to pay, she asked me twice if everything went well, still with a haughty air. I answered her twice, "Yes, I don't have much of a voice, I've caught a bit of a cold." On top of that, she took a piece of paper and fanned herself in front of her face, like she didn't care, she was hot. If this young woman doesn't like what she does, she can stay home; it would spare the customers from having to put up with her moods. It was Friday, August 21st, between 1:30 and 2:00 PM. We were at one of the two round tables on the raised floor next to the exit and the truck, and opposite the restrooms. We come regularly, but I usually ask for our friend, the one who's always funny and friendly, but he wasn't there yesterday. I'm not thanking you or congratulating you. It's a shame because after all these years of coming, once is enough to change our perspective.

13/06/2026: Nad provided excellent service; he handled everything from start to finish, offering helpful advice and great kindness. The only slight drawback is the limited variety of choices compared to other McDonald's restaurants.

27/08/2026: Absolutely top-notch, superb service, incredibly friendly staff, and delicious food. A professional and pleasant restaurant, 5/5, nothing to complain about.

23/08/2026: We were disappointed, I won't be back. It had been a long time since my last visit, and the quality is no longer there: nothing is homemade (not the fries, not the sauces, even the rice didn't look fresh), and none of the beef is French except for the ground beef—what a shame! The prices are too high for the quality served. The main courses were served immediately after the appetizers were brought out...
