Aux Berges de la Biesme sur Sainte-Menehould

I discovered this restaurant yesterday and I can't recommend it highly enough: an excellent menu at a very reasonable price... it's friendly, you feel right at home... and there's so much potential, for example, for dance evenings (which you may already be hosting; sorry, it was my first time there under less than ideal circumstances)... I live several kilometers away, but I plan to return in different circumstances, and in the spring/summer, because there's just that "je ne sais quoi" that makes you feel so comfortable... Keep up the good work and, above all, stay true to yourselves. You're almost "unique," both in your cooking and in your warm, family atmosphere. Thank you... It just goes to show that even in these sometimes very difficult times, we can find the best!
