Guinguette atmosphere under the trees, it was very pleasant!! Everything was excellent, the pulled pork burger, the mussels and the fish and chips! The fries were delicious Don't hesitate to finish the meal with a Paris-Mornac, an éclair with homemade chocolate mousse that has a little taste of coming back!

Discovered for lunch after a kayak trip on the Seudre. Super pleasant space a stone's throw from the channel with simple and authentic cuisine for a more than fair price. Mussels marinières with excellent homemade fries. Amazing fish and chips (the best I've had) with succulent fish. Well done Impeccable and friendly service. We will return to the Bivouac for our next walk in Mornac THANKS

Atypical setting, pleasant service, simple but very good quality cuisine. Address that I recommend.

Guinguette-style restaurant, minimalist in its decor but with its effect. The brazier in the center of the field is set up for a return to childhood thanks to grilled marshmallows. Special mention for the boss who invites us to sing along with his guitar accompaniment. Small downside: when it rains, the reed roof is not waterproof enough and there is no way to fold inside. Thank you very much for this excellent evening.

To celebrate the patriarch's birthday during a natural and relaxed day, our mehari took us to the Bivouac. What a joy to chill while enjoying the enchanting setting of the place... the young waitresses and waiters are friendly and the exchanges seem sincere, it feels good. On the plate, divine oysters, a gravlax duck breast to absolutely taste, flambéed prawns, almost candied pulled pork...and homemade fries! The must remains the very delicious dessert, the famous Paris-Mornac, available at certain periods: a sort of Paris Brest with chocolate mousse sandwiched between ganache, cracker and choux pastry... a killer, combining the simplicity of great desserts and knowledge -TO DO. Concerning the atmosphere, perfect, singing and authentic. We had a hard time leaving, and we will come back 🫶

Country and musical atmosphere around the brazier, warm welcome, cuisine from local producers...and kids friendly! Go for it, we recommend 1000%!!!
