I've been several times and have never been disappointed! The food is excellent, from the hot dishes and desserts to the cocktails! The value for money is unbeatable, and the service is always a real pleasure! No matter who serves you, they are all lovely and always greeted with a smile! I highly recommend it ;)

Excellent experience! The service was perfect, the staff very friendly, and the homemade food was high quality – you can taste the difference! The price/quality ratio was more than fair (average €16 per dish). We highly recommend it!

We waited in a very narrow corridor before being seated (about a 20-minute wait). A waitress regularly passed by in the same corridor to fetch clean plates from under the stairs. Once we were seated at our table on the second floor, there was a fairly long wait before a waitress arrived. But once we ordered, the dishes arrived quickly. The food was hot and the food was good. The tables were very close together. The staff was welcoming.

As a regular customer, I can confirm that this restaurant offers excellent value for money. The staff is friendly, and some of the waitresses and waiters who have been there for years are simply outstanding! I highly recommend this Reims establishment.

Excellent service, very reasonable prices, and quick service despite the restaurant being packed. All the servers were very helpful. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Reims!

The food is very good, but the selection of petits fours is disappointing. The whipped cream and the small almond are counted as a petit four, which I consider a rip-off. The waitresses aren't very friendly (except for the two youngest ones). It's a shame, as it doesn't make me want to come back.

This is one of those family-run restaurants that are becoming rare in our city centers. Passed down from father to son, the owner even came to greet us at the end of service, proudly explaining the history of his restaurant, his recipes and menus, all homemade using fresh ingredients. And yet, the menu is varied with a good selection of wines. The interior is pleasant, even taking us back in time a little… I recommend it 👍

09/02/2026: We were surprised to see some large bags in front of the elevator. They were there from the time we arrived until we left, which didn't look very nice. However, the staff were very friendly and kind. They even offered a water bowl for our dog (although they forgot to bring it). The room was quite small, but the price wasn't too bad. The location is good, with many restaurants nearby. We’ve been to their restaurant a few times and we like the atmosphere. It was quiet during our stay, and you can get a discount on parking. Overall, it's a nice hotel with small rooms.
07/02/2026: The hotel entrance is welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm. The floors are easily accessible: elevator and other amenities. The staff is very helpful. Drawbacks: The towel warmer is not working. There's a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. The capsule coffee machine isn't very user-friendly. I wasted two capsules before figuring it out. Major drawback: The television cuts out due to too many devices being connected simultaneously. This was indicated in English on the TV. Regarding the breakfast: A generous and varied breakfast is served in the restaurant area, with its beautiful bay windows overlooking the esplanade. The atmosphere is calm, with good music (my partner likes music; I don't as much when I wake up).
