Refined, flavorful, and high-quality homemade cuisine. The best Lebanese restaurant we've been to so far. The owners are incredibly kind and possess a level of service that is sadly rare these days. We will definitely be back.

17/06/2026: We celebrated my partner’s birthday at L’Archevêché recently and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were the most attentive I have ever come across, they really made the evening feel special. The food was exquisite too. Highly, highly recommend for a celebration, you won’t be disappointed.
16/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are superb, carefully prepared, and bursting with flavor. The welcome is warm and the staff very pleasant. The value for money is truly remarkable, especially with the lunch menu. I highly recommend it!

14/07/2026: Discovered a very good restaurant in Aix-en-Provence. The atmosphere and welcome were a little cold, but otherwise very good. Lunch under a glass roof or on the terrace was very pleasant, as was the decor. Impeccable service. The dishes were beautifully presented, offering the opportunity to discover a multitude of flavors in a harmonious blend. Well-stocked wine cellar with options beyond the usual selections.
12/07/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant in a stunning setting, perfect for exploring the South. A festival of flavors, impeccable service – highly recommended.
