I discovered this modern and chic restaurant, located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The host escorted us to a perfectly set table. The elegant and refined decor created a very pleasant atmosphere. I started with pan-seared foie gras with apricots, followed by a perfectly cooked duck breast. To accompany this delicious meal, we enjoyed a local white wine, recommended and served with professionalism by a passionate sommelier. To finish, I indulged in a hot chocolate dessert, which was simply delicious. I would like to thank the entire team for the quality of service, the professionalism of the sommelier and the attentive waiters, and the excellence of the cuisine. During our thalassotherapy stay in April, several people had recommended this restaurant to us. Today, it's my turn to recommend it to all food lovers looking for a great place to eat in Aix-en-Provence. You won't be disappointed!

The meal was delicious and very reasonably priced considering the quality. The only thing I felt was that the service lacked a little warmth. I don't understand your feedback because we didn't eat sweetbreads and we didn't drink any wine.
