Visiting with family, this was undoubtedly the most impressive experience of our stay, both in terms of food and professionalism. The meals are carefully prepared, the breakfast is generous and fresh (thank you for the freshly squeezed and cut fruit and the savory options), and the decor is very pleasant. The only slight drawback is the proximity to the main road and the heavy trucks, but once inside, this inconvenience is easily forgotten.

Valérie gave us a wonderful welcome and always went out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. The meals were excellent, homemade, and the dining room was beautifully decorated. The room was spotless and the bedding was superb. I highly recommend this place. Louis, Yvonne, Daniel

The value for money at this accommodation on the Stevenson Trail is unbeatable. The bed was comfortable, and the room, although advertised as the smallest, was plenty spacious enough for one person (and would certainly be very comfortable for two as well). The common area is very pleasant with everything you need to relax and have a drink. Dinner (the hiker's menu for €20) was excellent and plentiful. Finally, breakfast (included in the room price) was truly varied and substantial (cold cuts, cheese, pastries, bread, homemade jams and other sweets, fruit, etc.). Many thanks again to Valérie for her warm welcome!

01/07/2026: Hello, The manager, in addition to being very accommodating, gives us a very warm welcome, and her homemade dishes are excellent for a reasonable price. This is a great restaurant where you appreciate the food as much as the smiles. You won't be disappointed! 👍👏 To the paranoid pilgrims out there 🤭: I myself am a pilgrim, and have been for many years. I'm old, I look like a vagabond, and I've never felt mocked or seen anyone with a better plate than mine. To top it all off, I couldn't find a place to stay, but the manager, Stéphanie, went to great lengths, calling her contacts one after another to find me a room. 😇😉 So, well done, thank you, keep up the good work, and let the gossip run its course! 😂 Guy, a solitary vagabond on the Stevenson Trail
16/06/2026: Warm welcome, homemade food, generous portions, inexpensive—you absolutely can't leave hungry! No frills, just a family atmosphere. When you see comments like "too expensive" or "we're students," well, just stay home and save money. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed the ratatouille and duck leg in cream sauce. Best of luck to the two women who run the brasserie.
