I think the new owner has kept the same cooks and even the same waiters. It used to be a pub, but I think you've changed; it's a restaurant now. I'd like to know more about whether you source your meat and vegetables from within a 100km radius of Villers-Cotterêts. The fish is a bit further away, from Le Tréport, so I don't know if you source directly from the producers. I want to support the agricultural sector, which is currently struggling, and I think restaurateurs should do the same. So, I'm simply asking; I'm not criticizing, and I'll come and eat at your restaurant one day and try your dishes.
