A superb discovery at Le Montagnard! My wife and I had lunch there this past Thursday, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The setting is magnificent, with a breathtaking view of Lyon. Even in winter, the large trees and the natural surroundings give the place a lot of charm; we can already imagine how beautiful it will be in spring! The terrace is incredible, and we were able to enjoy it thanks to the lovely spring weather. As for the food, it's all homemade, and you can taste the difference. We opted for the €34 set menu: the ravioli gratin and the salmon brioche were excellent, as were the desserts. The value for money is very good (there's even a €17.50 option). The welcome was warm and genuine. A handy bonus: the parking lot is right in front and very accessible. Flawless, 5/5!

Good, but not exceptional. We dined in the marquee, which was extremely noisy. The dishes were good, but the charcuterie platter, which we paid extra for with the fondue, was very small and of poor quality.

A lovely evening, a warm and inviting place, excellent raclette cheese, a crackling fireplace, stone walls and beams. Everything was perfect, we even had snow! The staff were incredibly attentive. Highly recommended. Even dogs are welcome.
