Great cocktail bar nestled in a cellar with a super relaxed atmosphere. The cocktails (classic and creations) are mastered and the team is super warm, I recommend the establishment!

While visiting my partner’s hometown, we found this hidden gem. Aux Oubliettes is a mix of a classic American cocktail bar and Tiki bar. The cocktails are not only delicious, but are beautiful. This is a one of kind in Haguenau! A true treasure of mixologist and artists. The drink choices are worldly and well-rounded. There are classic cocktails and house signature cocktails that are inventive. They have Japanese whiskies to a rare bottle of Scotch, plus various rums, gins, apéritifs, and liqueurs. For those who choose not to drink alcohol, they have delicious mocktail options! The atmosphere is romantic and modern cozy. It feels as if you are in a cave with nature surrounding you. Street Parking is easy. There us pay to park. Check the hours as it may be free after a certain hour.
