A place to remember for its refined, indulgent but not overly sweet pastries. I highly recommend it.

Although I'm not a big fan of macarons, I loved the ones made there. A very good experience.

We used Aux Palets Or for our daughter's christening cake, and we are absolutely delighted! The cake was simply exceptional: as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to eat. The cream puffs were fresh, light, and generously filled, with a perfect balance of flavors. All our guests congratulated us and showered us with compliments. In addition to the quality of the product, we particularly appreciated the professionalism, availability, and helpful advice of the entire team. Everything went perfectly, from the order to the day of the event. A huge thank you to the whole team at Aux Palets Or for helping to make this day even more memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this pastry shop and will definitely be back!

I'm very surprised by some of the comments that seem designed to discredit the quality and professionalism of this establishment, which we've been patronizing for many years. The quality of the pastries has never been lacking in our experience; the chocolates are a true delight, and everything reflects the expertise of a true artisan. The marshmallow bears are a treat too. Admittedly, the prices are high, but they reflect the quality. As for the rest, a rather shy smile, unfortunately... This is just my opinion and reflects only my own.

Hello Madam, Thank you for taking the time to reply. You are right, this little cake simply wasn't to our liking. Indeed, it was soggy, whereas we were expecting a light, crisp texture. I want to reassure you. It wasn't the first time I'd eaten an opera cake. Having worked in Paris for years, I was used to enjoying some sublime ones! But tastes change with age, no doubt! Next time, we'll have a slice of flan. It will be easier for our less refined palates to appreciate. Nevertheless, I'd like to add: – one star for the Valrhona. Every time I'm in Tain-l'Hermitage, I always make sure to stop by their shop to buy a few products. – one star for the pleasant service. Sincerely.

Beautiful bakery, pastry shop... it's a shame that most of the mousse-based cakes are made with bovine gelatin!
