SUPERB EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend this restaurant. The value for money is perfect. The ribeye steak was generous and flavorful. The banoffee pie was delicious and small, ideal for finishing the meal. We were just disappointed with the French toast, which was too soggy, so not to our personal taste. They offered a gesture of goodwill in response. Honestly, a professional, gourmet, and pleasant restaurant.

I've tried this restaurant twice, once shortly after it opened and again today (January 2025). Both times, same observation: - Reception and service = Courteous and friendly. - Prices = Standard for lunchtime in Toulouse and the surrounding area. - Quality of the dishes (some homemade items, like today's terrine, were truly excellent). Clearly, there's a very good chef. - From an aesthetic point of view = The location is more reminiscent of a roadside diner than anything else. Situated next to a huge parking lot. It's not exactly a beautiful restaurant, even inside, but it's decent. Initially, I was expecting a roadside diner, but the food is of a higher standard than a typical roadside diner, and the portions are smaller. - Speaking of portions = Insufficient on both occasions, particularly the main course. Today, I had "Sicilian" linguine with a little sauce, two cherry tomato halves, and a small slice of country ham. My humble opinion: When there's no meat, skimping on the starch, especially pasta, is really poor customer service. The flying saucer-shaped plate with its very long sides is pretty, but its capacity is clearly insufficient for a man who is 1.80m tall. Five forkfuls of pasta aren't enough for me. I politely pointed this out to the waiter, who kindly directed me to dessert. So, I paid more, and unfortunately, all they offered was sugar. Chocolate, tiramisu, etc... Knowing that sugar helps with fat absorption, I'm not a fan of sugar at the end of a meal. The previous time, the dish was also very good, but there wasn't enough semolina (again, an inexpensive ingredient). If you have a hearty appetite: La Mammina Toulouse is significantly better, for example, and a bit cheaper. If you have an average appetite, go for it; it's really very good and the staff is friendly.

On December 18th, we chose the Christmas meal, which was truly excellent. The service was perfect, as always, and the food was very good and beautifully presented. Excellent value for money. A place to recommend on any occasion.

We had a wonderful meal. Salmon from start to finish, oysters, scallops, and the crème brûlée was excellent. However, the fresh fries could have been cooked a little better. Special mention goes to the crispy autumn white wine, which delighted our palates. Honestly, a great place. We'll be back. And the welcome was very warm. In short, all the ingredients for a great time.

First time at this restaurant, there were three of us. The restaurant was quite full, but the staff were great. We ordered the daily special and honestly, for the price, we loved it! I highly recommend it.

Absolutely delicious. I had the Christmas menu: oysters and scallops as a main course, and a fruit pavlova. Delicious, very well presented. Friendly service. We'll be back!

We went for lunch today. It was easy to see from the outside that the restaurant was very busy. Now we know why! The food was fantastic and delicious, and the service was friendly, attentive, and very well organized. My highlight from the daily specials was the appetizer – a chorizo ​​crème brûlée! Appetizer and main course for just €15! Wow! We'll be back.
